It’s true – Selena Gomez has a new tattoo. As was reported earlier, the singer did get some new ink on her wrist at Hollywood’s Under The Gun tattoo shop on Wednesday (February 22). Only it’s not what we think it is.
“It’s a music note,” Selena revealed at the Women in Film cocktail party in West Hollywood on Saturday. “Everybody thought it was a heart, but it’s a little music note.” Well, there goes everyone’s theory that it was a symbol of love for boyfriend Justin Bieber.
“I was named after a singer [late Tejano singer Selena] and music obviously is a big influence for me,” the former Wizards Of Waverly Place star explained. “And there’s music stuff with my mom that means a lot to me, too.”
So was getting inked a pain in the wrist? “Yes and no,” Selena said about the experience. “I was really scared but I got a little one.”
“I was a pansy so I’m good for now for a while,” she laughed.
