Logan Lerman and Emma Watson were at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday (June 3) to premiere the trailer for their new movie The Perks Of Being A Wallflower. Co-star Ezra Miller was also on hand to intro the clip of the much-anticipated film.
Of course, the question everyone wanted to ask Logan was – what was it like kissing Emma? “It happened in front of a crew, and people were there, and we did it a few times. And that was it,” he said.
But in spite of the awkward circumstances, the 20-year-old actor had high praise for his leading lady. “It’s kind of odd when you’re doing it for a movie. It’s kind of weird,” Logan continued. “She’s cool. It wasn’t as awkward as it could have been. It’s Emma Watson, so I’m a lucky guy.”
The coming-of-age tale – which is based on the popular Stephen Chbosky teen novel of the same name – centers on introverted high school freshman Charlie (Logan) and his friends Sam (Emma) and Patrick (Ezra) who help him come out of his shell.
