Daniel Radcliffe Signs On To ‘Horns’

Daniel Radcliffe has just signed on to another dark role. According to Wrap.com –  this time he’ll play a suspected murderer and rapist in the supernatural thriller Horns.

Based on the Joe Hill novel – Horns is the story about a guy who wakes up with a raging hangover to find out that he not only is suspected of murdering his girlfriend – but has a pair of horns growing out of his head. He discovers his new head-gear has the power to make people confess their sins and give in to their most unspeakable impulses.

Alexandre Aja will be the director. He’s behind The Hills Have Eyes and Piranha 3D.

The 22-year-old has said he wants to branch out from being typecast in Harry Potter-type roles. However he never has regretted what the films brought him.

He said, “Even in the darkest moments of my teenage years there was never a time when I thought, ‘I wish I’d never done this’. Okay, maybe once. Around the sixth film we found out my parents were being followed by a private investigator. That was a hard time and I thought, ‘This wouldn’t be happening if I wasn’t who I was’. But other than that, no: it’s given me everything, every opportunity I will ever get.”

For now – things are still going strong with Daniel and his girlfriend Rosie Hemingway (seen in photo).

That’s not his girlfriend, that’s his costar from How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Fact checking goes a long way. Looking forward to seeing Horns!
