Robert Pattinson was spotted arriving for his Jimmy Kimmel Live interview in Hollywood, Calif. on Wednesday (August 22). As expected – fans were lined up to greet him.
He shared a couple of laughs with the audience proving that he’s becoming more at ease since the Kristen Stewart cheating scandal. The actor – who has been promoting Cosmopolis the past two weeks – giggled and joked a lot during the interview. Kimmel did not mention Kristen but did talk about Robert being “homeless”, buying stuff on Craigslist and had him watch a fun game with female university students.
On living in L.A. – Robert joked, “I still am. No, I rented this archway and I just live behind it. In one of those trash cans.”
As for shopping he exclaimed – “I buy everything off Craigslist” – explaining that he recently bought a car for $2500 in Chino Hills and was surprised at the seller’s lack of negotiating skills.
Robert also shared a story of finding out an L.A. neighborhood had men “dogging” around.
He said, “I used to turn up at this parking lot lookin’ at everyone like, ‘Why are all these guys sittin’ around in their cars all the time?’ And I’m goin’ there everyday kinda thinkin’ nothing of it, coming out in my little Lycra pants, and one day there was a big raid.”
The Twilight hottie made more jokes during a game consisting of four college students through Skype. At one point he suggested they show the cameras their “dirtiest underwear.”
