Part of his birthday celebration will be hosting a big charity bash for the Irish Autism Action charity and a homeless organization called Temporary Emergency Accommodation Mullingar (T.E.A.M.) in his hometown of Mullingar, Ireland. Boyzone star Keith Duffy – whose daughter Mia is autistic – is the co-host.
Horan said, “I am delighted and honored to be in the fortunate position of being able to give back to my community. The plan for my birthday, which is on the 13th of September, is to raise as much money as possible for IAA and T.E.A.M. and at the same time ensuring that both events are successful and fun for everyone involved.”
His brother Greg says the event is already sold out.
He told The Sun, “There are 500 tickets and they’ve all been snapped up pretty quick. Niall is fundraising for Irish Autism Action and Temporary Emergency Accommodation Mullingar.”
