Happy Birthday to Zac Efron who turns 25 today! The High School Musical star can currently be seen in The Paperboy in theaters and has three projects in the works: Townies, Are We Officially Dating? and This Is Where I Leave You.
Movies are plentiful but Zac also has said he would love to do a musical.
“Without a doubt, I’d love to do Broadway. I actually can’t wait to get back to musical theater. There’s a part of me that wishes I could go do it right now, but there’s also a part of me that knows I need to tackle other types of acting opportunities first.”
In another recent interview he admitted he’s not “the greatest actor”.
He said, “I might not be the greatest actor, but I walk in to every project willing to work hard. There are a lot of people who can slide on talent their whole lives; they’re just naturally gifted. I’ve never considered myself one of those people. I enjoy outworking the opposition.”
