Miley Cyrus and her 12-year-old sister Noah have a new puppy in their lives. Miley took to her Twitter page on Monday (November 26) to announce: “@tishcyrus @noahcyrus just rescued baby ‘Rosie’ from @spotrescuedogs another angel saved”
The mutt was later renamed Penny Lane.
Two of Miley’s pets – Ziggy and Happy – came from the Saving Spot organization.
For her 20th birthday she asked fans to donate to the group in lieu of gifts.
