Jennifer Lawrence will be hoping to make viewers laugh while hosting Saturday Night Live tonight (January 19). The Hunger Games star – who has been winning awards left and right – won’t be slinging arrows like Katniss Everdeen.
Access Hollywood reports she said on set: “No, I retired my bow and arrow for this weekend.”
Her Silver Linings Playbook co-star Bradley Cooper previously hosted SNL – but she hasn’t received any advice from him or the other cast members.
“No, they didn’t. They should’ve. They’ve just said it’s going to be the most amazing experience of my life, which they were right about.”
She gushed, “Oh my God, it’s been amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed this much in my entire life. It’s just been incredible,” she continued. “It’s just amazing working with people — their job is just to be funny all day every day. You are in a room with some of the funniest people in the entire world.”
When asked what fans can expect from her – she laughed, “Me, acting like an idiot. A lot.”
