Victoria Justice wore a glittery top and a tailcoat as she arrived at her hotel in New York City on Wednesday (February 6). Earlier in the day she was seen walking around the city wearing a miliary-style jacket and tight purple pants.
The special event the actress was attending was the Wildfox Fall 2013 Collection Presentation – held at Capitale. Vanessa Hudgens and Austin Butler were also there!
