Chloë Moretz was thrown a Sweet 16 Teen Vogue Birthday Party at Aeropostale on Thursday (February 7). Her actual birthday is this Sunday. The actress wore a Chanel dress and also received an aqua handbag from the label.
She wrote via Instagram: Thank you Soo much @chanel for my 16th birthday present!
