Hailee Steinfeld did a photo shoot earlier this week and posed for pictures with her stylist Karla Welch. The 16-year-old re-tweeted the message on February 19: “About to take Italy by storm with @haileesteinfeld! #workisfun!”

Hailee has a lot to smile about. She’s just been named MaxMara’s 2013 Face of the Future.

Vogue UK reports that the 16-year-old was honored with the annual Women In Film prize and sat in the front row at the brand’s autumn/winter 2013-14 fashion show in Milan, Italy on Thursday (February 21).

The award – given to rising actresses – has been won by Emily Blunt, Chloe Moretz and Katie Holmes. It is reserved for a film or TV actress “experiencing a turning point in her career” and is considered as being an “embodiment of style and grace”.

The True Grit star has revealed her favorite fashion designer is Prabal Gurung.

“I love Prabal Gurung, so he’s always an option. I remember sitting in the front row to watch his show at fashion week and the music came on and all these gorgeous clothes had such a message.”

Her next role will be playing Juliet in Julian Fellowes’ adaptation of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet.
