Finally – some good Justin Bieber news! After getting booed at Sunday’s Billboard Music Awards and a few rough months of bad publicity, the singer got big kudos for helping out a Las Vegas elementary school.
As part of the Childhood Hunger Ends Here campaign, Justin dropped by Whitney Elementary School last Friday (May 17) to donate food, funds and supplies to the students. And he had his shirt on! (Check out the video of Justin‘s visit below)
After his visit and before heading out to work on his BMA performance, Justin tweeted, “Now rehearsals. Thanks to Whitney Elementary and Sherrie for letting me come by again. Love u guys. U inspire me.”
The ‘Believe’ singer has taken the struggling school under his wing. Back in December he showed up for a surprise concert there and made a $100,000 donation and also generously donated $100,000 worth of toys to the school, whose principal is known for her tireless work on behalf of her impoverished students.
