Miley Cyrus was under the weather this weekend. She tweeted a photo of herself on Saturday (June 22) and wrote: “FML #miserable #atleastmynailslookgood”. She also said, “Really stressed out. Crying only makes me feel worst but i cant help it. i am finally getting to perform #wcs and now this (expletive) happening!”
Miley has a busy week. On June 25 she’ll be doing an interview and performing on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Also on June 26 she’ll be on Good Morning America in New York City, and will be on LIVE with Kelly and Michael.
She’s feeling down lately but what she is upbeat about is Disney’s choice to feature a lesbian couple on the series Good Luck Charlie.
E! reports Miley responded, “Is this true?!?!?! I commend Disney for making this step into the light of this generation. They control…so much of what kids think! Life isn’t bright sets & wardrobe & kids becoming superstars! This is INSPIRING”
A Disney Channel rep told TV Guide, “This particular storyline was developed under the consultancy of child development experts and community advisors…Like all Disney Channel programming, it was developed to be relevant to kids and families around the world and to reflect themes of diversity and inclusiveness.”
