Demi Lovato took to Twitter and Instagram on Monday (September 9) to unveil her upcoming book, ‘Staying Strong: 365 Days a Year.’ Described as “a collection of daily inspirational quotes that evolved from Lovato’s tweets,” the book hits the shelves on November 19.

“One of the things that has helped me with recovery is taking every day one day at a time,” Demi said in the Keek video she posted. See the video below.

“I’m a firm believer in starting the day off the right way with inspirational quotes and sort of a morning meditation, so I’ve put together 365 of my favorite quotes and a morning meditation for everybody,” the ‘Heart Attack’ singer continued.

The jacket of ‘Staying Strong’ explains what motivated the 21-year-old to write the book. “Demi is also a young woman finding her way in the world. And she has stared down her demons and dealt deftly with them in the face of public scrutiny, she has always relied not just on friends and family, but daily affirmations of her self-worth and value. Affirmations that steady her days and strengthen her resolve.

“Those affirmations have grown into STAYING STRONG, a powerful 365-day collection of Demi’s most powerful, honest, and hopeful insights. Each day will provide the readers with a quote, a personal reflection and a goal. These are Demi’s words. Words she lives by and shares with the people she loves and total strangers alike. They are a powerful testament to a young woman standing up and fighting back.”
