Selena Gomez has some good advice for her fans – stay true to yourselves no matter what others might say about you. In front of a sold-out crowd at a show on Saturday the ‘Slow Down’ singer talked about resisting the urge to change for others.
“Every day I get told I’m not sexy enough or I’m not cool enough or if I did this or if I did that, I would have people who love me,” Selena said. “Look at this room! I don’t have to do any of that to have love!”
The 21-year-old also weighed in on her squeaky-clean image, and how parents and young fans “trust” her to not cross the line.

In a recent interview Selena was asked if she would ever take the risqué, R-rated route that her fellow Disney star Miley Cyrus seems to be headed down. “Hey, I don’t judge people. But to each their own,” she said.
Selena‘s Stars Dance tour made its U.S. debut on Oct. 10 and will wrap up on Nov. 26 in Auburn Hills, Mich.
