Bella Thorne covers the Young Hollywood edition of Bello magazine this month. In this December issue – that also features former Victorious star Avan Jogia – Bella talks about everything from her favorite holiday tradition to the end of Shake It Up.
On the one holiday tradition she’ll never give up: “We have a tradition of feeding the homeless that has been part of our lives since I can remember,” Bella says. “It is something important to me and my family, and I know that it’ll be with me for a lifetime.”

On writing her first novel, ‘Autumn Falls’: “It has been fun and challenging. The fun part is character development and ideas, and the tough part is the time it takes,” the 16-year-old admits. “I think everyone will be delighted by the results. It will come out later in 2014.”
On what she’ll miss now that Shake It Up – her popular series with Zendaya – has ended: “I will miss the comfort and security of my Disney family,” she says. “I will miss knowing that my extended family is only a call away. I will miss the dances, laughs and love that we all shared.”
On filming Blended with Adam Sandler: “You know, I was really nervous and intimidated at the thought, but when you are around Adam, his down-to-earth and humble energy erases all your fears, and you just go with it,” Bella shares. “He’s incredibly charming, dedicated and easy going.”
