One Direction’s Liam Payne officially turns 19 today (August 29). This past Sunday his girlfriend Danielle Peazer threw him a surprise party at Funky Buddha in London, England.

Blake Lively and Penn Badgley doubled-up on a Vespa scooter as they shot a scene for Gossip Girl in New York City on Tuesday (August 28). Although the two were careful to have helmets ready for their ride, it doesn’t look like they ever needed them – the scooter appeared to stay firmly planted on its kick-stand at all times.
Could it be that Blake and Penn‘s characters – Serena and Dan – are rekindling their romance? Fans will have to wait until the season premiere on October 8 to find out. A wallflower no more: In this new clip from the upcoming The Perks Of Being A Wallflower, Logan Lerman‘s character Charlie gets a warm toast from his new friends, step-siblings Sam (Emma Watson) and Patrick (Ezra Miller) as they welcome him into their group.
In the coming-of-age drama, Logan plays a loner who has a life-changing experience after being befriended by the eccentric, outgoing pair. In real life the 20-year-old actor had high-praise for his co-star Emma. “She’s a brilliant actress, and this is a great debut for her outside the ‘Harry Potter’ series,” he said.
