Glee’s Kevin McHale is in talks to be a co-host for The X Factor. According to TV Guide – the 24-year-old did such a great job co-hosting with Demi Lovato at the Teen Choice Awards earlier this summer that he is reportedly in the running.

Simon Cowell has said he wants to hire a male-female duo who do not have previous hosting experience.
