Who’s keeping score in the on-again, off-again relationship of Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth? Well, according to Us Weekly, the couple appear to be back together – at least for the time being.
Looks like there’s going to be a really big party in the USA – Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are getting married! The couple – who have been together for three years – just announced their engagement on Wednesday morning (June 6).
“I’m so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam,” Miley told People magazine.
A little while later she tweeted, “Thank you for all the love today. I’m happy to share this news with you all. I feel like all my dreams are coming true.”
Miley and her Hunger Games hunk have been dating – off and on – since meeting on the set of the film The Last Song in 2009. Liam reportedly proposed to Miley on May 31 and presented her with a 3.5-carat diamond ring that was designed by Neil Lane. Liam wanted “something unusual,” the celebrity jeweler told People. “Something really beautiful and romantic.”
Rumors flew back in March that the couple were engaged when the Hannah Montana star was spotted wearing a sparkler on her left hand, but we now know that was just a warm-up.
Demi Lovato is Cosmopolitan’s July cover girl. The 19-year-old wears a cheery yellow dress and has the words “her painful past, her amazing recovery” printed on the page. Now an X Factor judge – is there trouble on the set with Britney Spears?
According to Hollywoodlife.com there is bitterness and resentment between the two pop stars.
Demi reportedly feels Britney is getting special treatment because the Till The World Ends singer has a dressing room included with a full-sized massage chair and a personal manicurist. An insider reveals, “Demi thinks Britney is a twit, and Britney thinks Demi is beneath her.”
Apparently Demi thrives on Britney’s drama and it’s “distracting [Demi] from her own issues.”
Recently when a contestant performed a terrible version of Britney’s song Hold It Against Me – Britney walked off the set. She later claimed on Twitter that she was just taking a break. A source tells Star, “Demi thought it was the funniest thing she’d ever seen, the horrified look on Britney’s face when she heard her song being turned into a mess.”
As for Demi – she’s focusing on her future goals.
She tells Cosmopolitan, “I want to be married with kids in 10 years. I don’t have many deal breakers. I’ve done so much in my life, it doesn’t feel right to judge other people. Oh, I know one quality I won’t tolerate. I would never be with a guy who is controlling.”
Twilight star Ashley Greene carried lunch to go from Tender Greens in Los Angeles, Calif. on Tuesday (June 5). The actress needed to fuel up before catching a flight out of LAX with her dog Marlo later in the day.

She’s in the new supernatural movie The Apparition and will also be seen in the next Twilight installment Breaking Dawn: Part 2.
In a past interview with Seventeen she confessed she wasn’t comfortable watching herself in the vampire movie.
She said, “That’s the thing, I don’t like watching myself. That’s kind of weird but you know it’s not me really, it’s this character, which I think might make it a little easier.”

Ashley Tisdale has just been cast in Dimension Films’ Scary Movie 5. The movie starts production this summer. According to The Hollywood Reporter – the 26-year-old will be working with two directors – Malcolm Lee and David Zucker. Zucker wrote Scary Movie 3 and 4 and is co-writing and producting the fifth installment.
Ashley is having a great year so far. The show she produced – Miss Advised – premieres on Bravo on June 18. She’s also working on an untitled CBS pilot.
She recently retweeted her boyfriend Scott Speer’s message.
“@ashleytisdale CONGRATS ON SCARY MOVIE!!! Finally I get to tell everyone! Very proud of you.”
This role will distance herself from the light-hearted High School Musical, Phineas and Ferb and Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure. Be prepared to scream with her when the film comes out in January 2013.
Josh Hutcherson won Best Male Performance for his role in The Hunger Games at this past Sunday’s MTV Movie Awards. Josh – who plays Peeta Mellark – held his Golden Popcorn and made a nice acceptance speech.
“Oh, my god. I’ve wanted to hold a Golden Popcorn since I was like 4 years old. This is incredible. It’s insane too, because every single one of those actors I admire and I want to be, so to even be up here is blowing my mind right now.”
The 19-year-old thanked Hunger Games author Suzanne Collins, director Gary Oldman, his producers Nina Jacobson and Jon Kilik, Lionsgate and, of course, the fans.
“You guys are the best fans in the world,” he gushed. “You’re crazy and passionate and you make our job amazing.”
Next up is the next installment of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. Josh recently said he had lunch with the film’s new director Francis Lawrence.
He revealed, “I just had lunch with him a couple days ago, and he’s fantastic. He’s so smart and really has his finger on the pulse of the story, and I love the way he’s going to structure the script. The first thing he said to me was, ‘I want to make the movie out of the book. I want the book to be the best movie possible,’ That was immediately what he led with, which meant a lot to me because the books mean a lot to me.”
Paul Wesley and his wife Torrey DeVitto were spotted in New York City on Tuesday (June 5). The couple strolled along carrying their Starbucks coffees. They both looked relaxed despite having a busy weekend attending the Wizard World Comic Con in Philadelphia.
Season 4 of the Vampire Diaries is expected to be exciting.
Writer Jose Molina told TV Guide, “We have the road map for next season and before we broke for vacation, I was staring and looking at everything we have planned and this stupid grin spread over my face. I was like, ‘They are going to s—.’ Already we have so many moments where people are going to freak.”
As for Torrey – who plays Melissa Hastings on Pretty Little Liars – she recently told Glamour magazine how she was mistaken for another celebrity.
She said, “I got followed by the paparazzi because they thought I was Shannyn Sossamon. My sister’s friend found all the photos on her fan site and it said ‘Shannyn walking around Beverly Hills.’”
