Bonjour! Kristen Stewart was spotted as she arrived at the Nice airport in France on Tuesday (May 22). The Snow White And The Huntsman actress is there to attend the 65th annual Cannes Film Festival that is taking place in the French Riviera city.
The 22-year-old is at the festival to promote her film On the Road, that premieres on Wednesday. And it’s a family affair – Kristen‘s filmmaker mom Jules Stewart is also in Cannes to screen her own directorial debut, K-11.
Understandably, the actress didn’t look too happy being photographed after stepping off of a long flight. In a recent interview Kristen talked about her reputation for being moody. “Yeah, I’m still a very intense person,” she admitted. “I’m chilled out about some things. I’m cool. But definitely, I take things far too seriously.
“I am just a serious person. I love joking around, and it’s obviously about mood, because sometimes I can definitely be a silly idiot. But most of the time I am like this.”

A breathtaking view, kicking back in your shades, a tall cool drink – it’s nice to be Ashley Benson. The actress tweeted out a pic of herself today and it looks like life is good for the 22-year-old star.
The Pretty Little Liars actress is enjoying some downtime before the show returns on June 5. Judging by the trailer it looks like the season will start off just as mysteriously as it ended – Emily (Shay Mitchell), starts receiving mysterious text messages and there’s a glimpse of a grave that’s been dug up.
Ashley also just finished filming on Spring Breakers, her female buddy flick she shot with pals Selena Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens, that centers around a band of college-age girls who rob a fast-food restaurant in order to afford a spring break trip to Florida. But Ashley thinks the new film isn’t necessarily suited for her PLL fans. “For Selena, Vanessa, and me, our audience is all in their teens or younger, so they’re not even going to be able to see this when it comes out—it’s not appropriate,” she says.
Selena Gomez has done a parody based on the erotic novel Fifty Shades of Grey for Funny or Die. The video – titled Fifty Shades of Blue – starts off with the 19-year-old singer reading the book on the couch. When the doorbell rings it’s house painter Carl Blue – played by comedic actor Nick Kroll.
Selena’s eyes glaze as her desires take over. She doesn’t say a word in the video but you can hear her narrating.
US Weekly reports she says, “Who is this gorgeous guy in front of me?. His eyes were staring deep in to mine. I could feel my cheeks getting flushed.”
“Smells like cat food in here,” Blue interjects, coughing.
In another point of the video the painter asks her “Why are you biting your lip like that? Watch out–it’ll start bleeding.”
When he leaves – she wipes her hand across the freshly painted wall of blue. Do you think this is a bit risqué for Selena or do you think it’s just plain fun?

Carly Rae Jepsen found time to post a photo of herself in Philadelphia on Tuesday (May 22). She’ll be performing in the city tonight.
She wrote: “Imposter! Who’s dis? Excited to play Springle Ball tonight”
The Call Me Maybe singer was at this past Sunday’s Billboard Awards where she performed her hit song. Could she be touring with Justin Bieber next?
Referring to her award show performance he hinted on Twitter: “@carlyraejepsen u KILLED it last night. i think that set is going to look pretty good of the #BELIEVEtour.”
Three weeks ago their manager Scooter Braun also posted, “Hmmm. @justinbieber with @thewantedmusic and @carlyraejepsen on tour could be an interesting show.”
It was this past February that Jepsen was signed onto Braun’s music label Schooboy Records. Sounds like it would be a terrific lineup with three hot acts!
Is that Nick Jonas with a newly shaved head? Well yes it is.
Posting a new photo of himself he Tweeted: “New chapter. New haircut. #iloveit”
On Monday (May 21) – it was also Nick’s last performance on How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. He Tweeted a long thank you to fans.
“Had my last performance as Finch in @H2SBway last night. It was truly the ride of a lifetime. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to perform in the broadway stage with so many talented people each night. I will miss everyone at the Al Herschfeld theatre very much. Thank you to all of you the amazing fans for being so supportive. You are the best fans in the world. I am so looking forward to sharing all the exciting things coming up with all of you.”
Also on Saturday he performed for the crowds in NYC.
He shared a picture and wrote: “Did an acoustic set outside the theatre in-between shows today. #bestfansintheworld”
At the moment – life after Broadway is still looking rosy for the 19-year-old. He, Kevin and Joe Jonas are now working on their new album.
Shay Mitchell was seen leaving a nail salon in Beverly Hills, Calif. on Monday (May 21). The Pretty Little Liars star wore a pretty floral dress and matching colored handbag for the outing.
In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter - Shay talks about how her character Emily will change now that “A” is revealed.
“I think it changes things for Emily because you’ve just killed her girlfriend. “A” has done other things before that have been quite serious, but now you’ve killed somebody who’s extremely close to her. Another person. For Emily, it’s no more “Mrs. Nice Emily,” it’s not going to fly. You took it way too far. Emily is now coming back into season three with a vengeance.”
The 25-year-old actress is also hosting a fashion-centric web series called Beauty Smarties.
Explaining why she decided to take part she says, “I think it also stems from the fact that I have a beauty and a health section [on my website] and I talk about those things on my website and any social media platform that I have. I’ve never shied away from telling people that I’m a beauty girl. It was a really natural fit in that regard.”
